Vets Come First, Pay Nothing Upfront

Other nexus letter services generally charge veterans an upfront fee for each nexus letter they create without any guarantees that the nexus letter they provided will result in an approved VA disability claim. Minute Men Nexus is determined to assist veterans in obtaining their needed nexus letters at NO UPFRONT COST TO THE VETERAN! We do this by basing the fee for the nexus letters on the percentage change in the pre and post VA disability rating for each claim (more on our fees and pricing below). The only upfront charge we have is the expedited service fee, which is totally voluntary. Transparent Fee Structure

Minute Men Nexus provides fast and professional nexus letters to veterans at no upfront cost as well as guaranteeing that if your claim is denied or does not result in an increased disability rating, YOU PAY NOTHING! The way we are able to do this is by basing the fees and pricing of the nexus letters on the percentage change from the pre and post disability claims ratings. Meaning, if a veteran who utilizes our services has a pre-claim rating of 20%, their claim is approved by the VA, and their post-claim rating is elevated to 80%, the veteran will have two payment options.

30% of Pre-Claim and Post-Claim Rating Difference for 10 Months

The first option is a 30% difference between the pre-claim and post-claim rating for ten months. The pre-claim rating of 20% is $338/month payment, the post-claim rating of 80% is $1995/month payment. Take the post-claim rating and subtract the pre-claim rating ($1995 - $338 = $1,657). Now take the difference in the pre-claim rating and the post-claim rating and multiply by 30% and you have calculated the monthly payments, ($1,657 x .30 = $497.10). If the veteran selects the monthly payment option, he or she will be charged $497.10 per month for 10 months, totaling $4,971.

OR

One-Time Total Payment of 25% of Pre-Claim and Post-Claim Rating Difference

The second option the veteran has is a one-time total payment of 25% difference between the pre-claim rating and the post-claim rating over a ten-month period. Using the same situation; If a veteran’s pre-claim rating was 20% and their claim was approved by the VA and elevated to 80%, take the post-claim rating and subtract the pre-claim rating ($1995 - $338 = $1,657). Now take the difference in the pre-claim rating and the post-claim rating and multiply by 10, ($1,657 x 10 = $16,570). Now take the ten-month difference in pre-claim and post-claim rating and multiply by 25%, (16,570 x .25 = $4,142.50). The one-time payment option would total $4,142.50 and should be lower than the backpay payment the veteran will receive at the current expected time of completion for each claim by the VA of four months.
